Opioid, amphetamine, and cocaine-induced deaths in Australia

Nov 16, 2018

The National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC) produces Drug Trends annually every year, and this year have utilised data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) to look at drug-induced deaths in Australia.  The online resource which was released in August summarises trends in opioid, amphetamine and cocaine-induced deaths in Australia from 1997-2016.

The online resource is interactive and allows you to analyse and break down the trends relevant to your interest (e.g. drug, intent, age group, sex etc.).
