This webinar will be delivered by Dr Katrina Champion from the Matilda Centre, University of Sydney and Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, it will be informed by a review of the research evidence on risk factors for chronic diseases. The webinar is aimed at teachers, school staff, parents and anyone else seeking information about providing healthy lifestyle education with adolescents. The webinar will focus on an new school-based intervention designed to reduce the risk of chronic diseases by modifying lifestyle habits in during adolescence, particularly risky alcohol use and smoking.
