Thirilli - Culture is Life: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander resources

This week Dovetail has been in Cairns attending Shared Stories 2, a conference for workers across Far North Queensland and Cape York hosted by YETI, a Cairns-based youth AOD service. Amongst the range of great presentations, we heard about a resource for suicide prevention for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people. Thirrilli (Culture is Life) is a website that combines knowledge and resources aimed at Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workers and communities to prevent and support young people who might be experiencing suicidal ideation and postvention healing within communities.
