Nov 1, 2019

The Federal government’s Productivity Commission has published their draft report on mental health, which has been released for comment.  The report includes an analysis of the impact of mental health on the population, along with opportunities for reform. Prevention and early intervention is recommended, along with reforms to the system including improvements to care coordination. The Productivity Commission is inviting feedback on the draft, which can be made either through a written submission or at in-person public hearings that are occurring through December.
