Queensland Youth Week 2020: Grants available now

Queensland Youth Week will be held from April 1 to April 9 in 2020. The Department of Child Safety, Youth and Women have grants available for up to $2000 for local councils, not-for-profit organisations and parents and citizen’s groups who would like to hold events and activities to celebrate youth week.
To be eligible for a community grant, events and activities must:
- include young people in the design and delivery of the event
- deliver meaningful outcomes to participants
- align with the objectives of the Queensland Youth Strategy
- raise awareness of the contributions of young people in Queensland's social, economic and cultural life.
Applications close on Sunday 15th of December.
