Worker Wellbeing: New Resources from NADA

Nov 22, 2019

The Network of Alcohol and other Drug Agencies (NADA) have launched a series of worker wellbeing resources a few months back, which are available to download from their website. The resources are targeted for the non-government AOD sector in NSW but still could be useful for Queensland. The resources encourage workers to ensure they are looking after their health and well being. Working with the alcohol and other drug sector can cause stress, burn out and compassion fatigue so it is important we take the time to reflect on our own self care and strategies we can utilise outside (as well as inside) of work time to be in the best space possible.  The resources include posters about self-care strategies and online surveys to check in about how are going in practice.

To access the full range of resources go to the NADA website.
