Stay on Course: Relapse Prevention Tool by Insight

Insight has recently launched their brand new relapse prevention tool called “Stay on Course”. Stay on Course is a structured brief intervention tool to have a conversation with anyone who has already ceased, or considering to cease, their substance use. Workers can either use the tool directly with a client, or use the concepts and format to structure their own approach to relapse prevention. The tool includes a section on identifying triggers, but also identifying supports along the way.
