The article provides a number of very good reasons why it’s not a great idea to increase drinking right now - alcohol affects your ability to fight disease, it can affect your mood, and it can affect your sleep. Given that coronavirus might be with us for some time, it’s important to maintain a healthy relationship with alcohol in these stressful times.
