Break the Habit Campaign: Don’t let a little habit turn into a big problem

The Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF) have recently launched the campaign “Break the Habit” aimed at raising Australian’s awareness of how quickly new habits form and how increases to alcohol consumption can be hard to break once the habit is formed.
The campaign was launched after research suggested that during COVID-19 lockdown, more Australians were drinking and drinking more regularly than before. The website provides a range of resources including information for consumers to assess their alcohol consumption and identify signs of risky drinking plus ideas for setting goals and making positive changes. Links to support services are also provided.
