The Education Endowment Foundation, an independent charity supporting teachers in the UK, have recently released an updated version of their guide titled “Putting Evidence to Work, A Schools Guide to Implementation”. Schools have busy schedules, which can make it difficult to manage change and adopt innovative new evidence-based approaches to student development. This guide provides a structured process for change management, designed to maximise the chances of the change being successfully implemented.
The Education Endowment Foundation website also provides a range of additional tools and resources to assist schools, as well as an online course and videos to support learning.
