Alcohol and other drugs treatment guidelines for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people - in a non-Aboriginal setting

Jun 19, 2020

The Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies (NADA - the peak for NSW non-government alcohol and other drug services), have recently published “Alcohol and other drugs treatment guidelines for working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people - in a non-Aboriginal setting.” Extensive consultation was undertaken with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, along with a literature review in order to develop the guideline.

The guideline includes audit tools and a range of helpful resources to support services in improving their practice with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
