New alcohol campaign: “You haven’t been drinking alone”

The Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF) has just launched a new campaign targeting alcohol consumption at home, during covid-19 titled “You haven’t been drinking alone.” The campaign involves a clever video depicting a scenario that has become familiar to many in recent months - catching up with friends for a few drinks via Zoom or other online meeting platforms. 

The campaign encourages parents to think about how their drinking could influence their children’s beliefs and behaviours towards alcohol. The “You haven’t been drinking alone” campaign includes a range of supporting resources including social media content, and material that services can include in newsletters and other communications materials.
