Nov 6, 2020

NAIDOC Week celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The celebrations are a great opportunity for all to join in on a range of events and activities to support local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

The National NAIDOC Committee has announced NAIDOC Week celebrations this year will be held from 8-15 November 2020 with the theme, “Always was, Always Will Be” which recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have cared for and lived on these lands for over 65,000 years. Due to covid-19, some celebrations will be held online, others will be held in person but may have restrictions on ticket numbers to comply with covid safe plans.
