Beyond Now: App for Suicide Safety Planning

A few years ago Beyond Blue and Monash University collaborated to develop resources in relation to suicide prevention; the project is titled Beyond Now. We thought the app was worth a revisit for workers to share with their clients. The app goes through key safety planning components such as warning signs, how to keep yourself safe, reminds of reasons to live, things that keep you strong, people and places to connect with, family and friends to connect with and professional support.
