New resources and facts sheets on GHB

Feb 19, 2021

The Penington Institute have recently released a suite of resources on GHB and its close relatives GBL and 1,4-Butanediol. Also known as fantasy / fanta, frank, or liquid ecstasy, GHB and its relatives can be very risky with only a very fine line between a “recreational” dose and an overdose. There are also a range of dangerous drug interactions - particularly alcohol and other CNS depressants like benzodiazepines, and risks associated with dependence and withdrawal. The Penington Institute resources include social media content, along with more detailed information for workers.
