Adis 24/7 Alcohol and Drug Support: Feedback survey open now

Adis 24/7 Alcohol and Drug Support is the Queensland statewide support and referral service for anyone with alcohol and other drug concerns, including family, friends and service providers. The team at Adis are currently conducting a survey to better understand the level of awareness of Adis and to gain feedback on the service they provide. They’ve developed a short online survey which takes less than 5 minutes to complete.
