Webinar 18th March 2021: Post covid-19 recovery: From service delivery to community economic development, what is the role of the youth sector?

The Youth Affairs Network Queensland (YANQ) is hosting an online forum on 18th of March 2021 at 10:30am titled “Post covid-19 recovery: From service delivery to community economic development, what is the role of the youth sector?” Young people and people from disadvantaged backgrounds have been disproportionately affected by the economic impacts of the pandemic. This forum will be an opportunity to hear from researchers and practitioners in the field and explore collective responses to support young peoples’ training and employment needs.

Participants will hear from guest speakers including Dr Peter Westoby (Adjunct Associate Professor of Social Science at QUT), and Richard Warner and Dan Allport (from Nundah Community Enterprises Cooperative).
