Digital technology, gambling and gaming: Webinar recording out now

The National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre (NDARC) recently recorded a fascinating webinar on young people, technology, gambling and gaming. Presented by Professor Malcolm Battersby, the webinar starts with an overview of the prevalence and economic cost of gambling disorders in Australia. He then goes on to explore the integration of gambling and gambling concepts into increasingly popular digital gaming platforms and the impact this is having on young people in Australia. The presentation includes examples of treatment interventions for gambling and gaming disorders.
