The International Journal of Drug Policy September Issue has a special focus on Human Enhancement Drugs (HEDs). The category of Human Enhancement Drugs incorporate a broad range of substances including performance and image enhancing drugs like steroids and weight loss drugs, but also cognitive and sexual performance enhancers.
