Turning Point have recently advertised an upcoming webinar on “Supporting young people with co-occurring substance use and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) complexities”, Tuesday 12th of October at 12pm Queensland time. The webinar will be presented by Zoe Gibbs and Peter Smith, two experienced clinician’s working in the Victorian AOD sector. The webinar hopes to support workers to gain knowledge of the dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) and substance use disorder (SUD) approach to working with young people experiencing both BPD and SUD. The presenters will also demonstrate how to incorporate DBT into existing treatment and will provide opportunities for workers to share their experiences.
