Every Moment Matters - Web information resource about alcohol during pregnancy and breastfeeding

Every Moment Matters is a nation-wide project sharing the latest evidence-based information about alcohol during pregnancy and breastfeeding. It was developed by the Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education (FARE) with the support of health professionals and communities across Australia. The project supports Australians to go alcohol-free through all stages of pregnancy, right from the moment they start trying to get pregnant.

On the website there’s loads of information including tips, common questions, and supportive suggestions for consumers with links to relevant services. There’s a specific section for health professionals  with patient resources, an eLearing course for professionals to update their knowledge and skills about alcohol and pregnancy, and links to specialist AOD services for people who are pregnant.
