Free training in Triple P for Queensland-based parenting and family support services
Apr 21, 2023
Triple P is an evidence-based program, designed to help parents support children and young people’s emotional wellbeing. If you are a Queensland-based worker who provides parenting and family support services, thanks to Queensland Government funding, you can now access free training to deliver the Triple P program to your clients.
You can train to deliver a variety of programs to parents and carers in person (or via video calls). It’s also easy to tailor your services to meet your community’s needs – with individual sessions, one-off small or large groups, or more intensive multi-week programs delivered in groups or individually. There are also courses for practitioners working with parents of adolescents, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, families with children with anxiety and more.
If you are an agency in Queensland with 10 or more practitioners seeking professional development in Triple P, contact qld@triplep.net
Individual practitioners can find and enrol in upcoming professional development courses at this link.
Be sure to indicate that you wish to participate in the Queensland Government-funded training and one of the training team will be in touch.
