“How to make a memory station” video by Insight

Young people can experience cognitive difficulties such as poor memory and concentration for a wide range of reasons, including as a result of substance use.  Insight has released a video explaining how a set up a memory station to assist a person to remember important events, activities and easily locate belongings such as a wallet and phone.
