Student Placement Toolkit
This toolkit has been developed to support student placements and is relevant for all students or workers new to the sector who wish to enhance their alcohol and other drug (AOD) knowledge.
Dovetail’s student placement toolkit was developed as a result of consultation with universities, youth AOD organisations and students in 2018. Dovetail aims to support the youth alcohol and other drug sector in Queensland, and part of that is ensuring the knowledge and skills of new emerging practitioners. This toolkit was developed over Semester 1, 2019, and opportunity was provided for students, supervisors, organisations and universities to give feedback on the resources and what would be useful.
We hope you find the toolkit useful and get in touch if you need any further information or resources.
